Starting in 2016, ALTEN China has been a key engineering partner for a commercial notebook manufacturer, providing software development, system integration, testing, and validation-related services primarily for the Client"s notebook and desktop products.

More than 60 of our multidisciplinary ALTEN Engineers are involved in the project, of which our main tasks include:

• Consumer & commercial notebook & desktop product testing

• Function testing, including system compatibility, integration testing, BIOS validation, performance testing, graphic testing

• Module testing, including validation of drivers, firmware, displays, accessories & commodities

• Security testing, including internal and external security apps

• Multimedia testing of 3rd party peripherals/add-ons

• SW development (Java/Python/Golang) for new, customized product lines

• Hardware quality analysis

• Online market management and operations
