Interview with Project Director

In this step, you'll meet with a Project Director and a Business Manager to gain a deeper understanding of your experiences and further assess your technical and interpersonal skills. Be prepared for a challenging discussion!

What will my daily tasks entail when assigned to an ALTEN China project?

Our approach is to align assignments with your qualifications and interests. From the project"s inception, you"ll be part of the selection process. Depending on the project"s nature, you may join a team working on-site for the client or at one of our subsidiaries. The supervising business manager will provide necessary support before and during the induction phase to ensure seamless integration into the existing team.

Is working abroad an option?

Experienced professionals may have opportunities for overseas assignments. Check our job vacancy postings for details. If you prefer employment with an ALTEN Group subsidiary abroad, apply directly to the relevant company.

What happens after completing a project?
