Since 2018, ALTEN China is proud to be the top vendor for this Client. Our Engineers are primarily responsible for supporting the ongoing development, integration, and rollout of this Client"s enterprise IT systems, applications, and retail hardware/software infrastructure:

• Development and deployment of multiple applications for the Client"s ERP and related enterprise IT systems

• Development and rollout of retail IT infrastructure

• System integration and testing of various new systems and applications

• Operating system upgrades. On-site installation and training in over 130 retail stores

• Helpdesk support for all of the Client"s internal Asia staff, handling all help desk issues that could not be resolved by Level 2 support
