After more than 20 years of development, ATEXIS and MI-GSO, its wholly-owned subsidiaries, currently have more than 5,000 consultant engineers serving Airbus in 8 countries and regions, including France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Canada.

Airbus & ALTEN China

As a strategic partner, ALTEN strives to support Airbus wherever it is needed in the world. ALTEN China"s support for Airbus in China began three years ago and covers multiple Airbus entities, radiating technical areas such as airframe engineering, customer service, digitalization, quality and project management.

In the post-epidemic era, 2021 is a year of recovery for Airbus, Airbus has received a total order for771 aircraft in the field of civil aircraft, and delivered 611 aircraft, and Airbus Tianjin Assembly Plant delivered the first A350 aircraft, based on the long history of cooperation between the two sides, the broad scope of cooperation and trust in Oriton technology and project management, the cooperation between Airbus and Airbus China will be further strengthened in 2021.

ABEC & ALTEN Chongqing ODC

ABEC, a subsidiary of Airbus, has been rooted in the Chinese market since its inception in 2005 and deepening its industrial partnerships in China for Airbus.

ABEC engineers work at the expanded ALTEN Chongqing Engineering Center (also known as Chongqing ODC). The choice to establish an engineering center in Chongqing is mainly based on the rich local high-skilled engineering talent resources and the investment support given by the municipal government to cutting-edge electronics and high-tech industries.

Chongqing ABEC engineers will take on work packages such as airframe design and customer service, as well as digital services such as automation and data science, and work together with the team in Beijing to empower ABEC"s core business.

In the future, Chongqing ODC will support ABEC in various activities related to design, factory support, customer service, automation and digital transformation. In the long run, as engineers gain knowledge and experience, they will be challenged with more and more complex tasks.

ALTEN China attaches great importance to the strategic position of Chongqing ODC, which is also the focus of ALTEN"s construction in the next five years. Through Chongqing ODC, ALTEN hopes to provide more convenient, high-quality and diversified support for more of our customers in promoting subcontracting business in China and expanding the development of their engineering business in China.
