ALTEN acquires Expert Global Solutions ALTEN Group – a leader in engineering and technology consulting – today announced that it has acquired Expert Global Solutions, a leading technology service provider in the areas of Product Engineering, Digital Transformation and Connected Vehicles solution services.

Expert Global Solutions has been a pioneer in several engineering & digital domains including ADAS technology, Industry 4.0 and for over last 30 years successfully providing these services to customers in the areas of Automotive, Industrial equipment and machinery. The company is present in India, Germany and US. EGS relies on over 1,000+ people and had a Revenue of $14 million USD in 2020.
