This strategic acquisition combines ALTEN’s scale and technology diversity with the digital innovation and nimble execution of CIeNET to focus on leveraging technology to accelerate the transformation of clients’ business. CIeNET, now a 100% owned subsidiary, will retain its brand name and operate independently as part of the ALTEN Group.
