Over the last decade, it has become clear that the number of female engineers in the automotive, ICT and industrial sectors is gradually increasing. ALTEN is delighted to see women engineers joining our family almost every day. From the sea to the sky, from research and development to testing, they are confidently and comfortably pursuing their ambitions in all fields and moving forward with their dreams of changing the world.

#What’s it like as a women in engineering？

We invited four women in the engineering field,

They come from the upstream and downstream of the industrial and automotive sectors;

They are working in different jobs;

They have different career paths, lifestyles and pursuits.

Among them are newcomers to the workplace,

There are new comers to the industry as well as former employees with 16+ years of experience.

There are people who have just joined ALTEN,

There are also senior engineers who have been working at ...... for several years.
