Job requirement

• Strong foundation in Java—familiar with Collections, multi-threading, and Java 11+ features, with an understanding of JVM internals.
• Proficient in SpringBoot and SpringCloud, and skilled in MyBatis/MyBatis-Plus. Experienced in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) with practical experience using the COLA architecture; capable of domain modeling and layered development.
• Skilled in MySQL and Redis, with demonstrated abilities in SQL performance tuning, index optimization, and cache strategy design.
• Familiar with common middleware like MQ and Nacos, and has a good understanding of microservices architecture and high-availability solutions.
• Experienced with standard Git collaboration workflows. Mandatory requirement: Must be capable of using AI-assisted coding tools and integrating them effectively into daily development practices.
• Experience integrating with third-party hardware or platform APIs is highly preferred.
• Exposure to or practical implementation of AI Agent-related technologies is a definite plus.
• Bachelor"s degree or above. 3-5 years of Java backend development experience.
