Responsibilities:

Perform prototype assembly and test preparation in accordance with specifications.

Assist test engineers in executing testing activities for medium-voltage switchgear products.

Promptly document and escalate issues encountered during prototype assembly; record and consolidate test data.

Maintain 5S discipline within the assigned assembly area.

Manage materials, equipment, and tooling as required, and report status updates in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Strong hands-on aptitude coupled with a high capacity for learning.

Practical experience in the assembly, production, or inspection of electromechanical equipment.

Fundamental knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and safety principles.

Resilient and diligent, able to thrive under high-intensity workloads and sustain composure under pressure.

Strong communication skills with a proven collaborative mindset.
