Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Linux (Ubuntu Desktop) environments, ensure system stability and performance.

• Develop and maintain Shell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.

• Utilize Ansible and Ansible Automation Platform for configuration management, deployment, and orchestration of IT infrastructure.

• Administer Citrix environments to support virtual applications and desktop delivery.

• Manage VMWare vCenter, including virtual machines, templates, and resource allocation.

• Administer Active Directory for user management, group policies, and security.

• Troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, VLANs, and general networking concepts.

• Provide hardware support for workstations, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize IT systems.

• Ensure compliance with security best practices and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years working experience in similar and relevant tasks within Ubuntu.

• 360 degrees view knowledge and understanding of Ubuntu.

• Proven expertise in managing Linux (Ubuntu Desktop) environments.

• Strong proficiency in Shell scripting for automation and system management.

• Hands-on experience with Ansible and Ansible Automation Platform for infrastructure automation.

• Extensive knowledge of Citrix administration and support.

• Proficiency in managing VMWare vCenter (virtual machines, templates, and resource management).

• Experience with Active Directory administration, including user management and group policies.

• General understanding of networking concepts (firewalls, VLANs, routing, etc.).

• Familiarity with hardware support for workstations and related peripherals.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Fluent in reading and writing English.
