Job Overview

1. As a Layout Engineer, you will collaborate with other departments to complete PCB designs and resolve related issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure all designed PCBs comply with company standards and basic IPC standards.

2. Collaborate with suppliers and PCBA manufacturers to ensure production-ready designs and resolve related issues with suppliers and PCBA factories.

3. Lead PCB-related innovation activities alongside other team members.

4. Ensure PCB delivery and documentation meet schedule and quality requirements.

Education Background

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Microelectronics, or related fields.

Work Experience

1. 5+ years of experience as a PCB Layout Engineer.

2. Familiarity with major product development processes, such as Waterfall or Agile models.
