Job Responsibilities

1. Independently or collaboratively build, configure, and maintain automated test environments to ensure their stability and version accuracy.

2. Responsible for the selection, deployment, and continuous optimization of automated test frameworks and tools.

3. Formulate detailed automated test plans based on product requirements and project schedules.

4. Write and maintain automated test cases to ensure their coverage and effectiveness.

5. Develop automated test scripts using programming languages such as Python and Java.

6. Execute automated test scripts, monitor the testing process, and record test results.

7. Analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and provide detailed defect reports.

8. Collaborate closely with the development team to track the progress of defect fixes and ensure timely resolution.

9. Perform regression testing on defects to verify the effectiveness of repair solutions.

10. Participate in the formulation and implementation of performance test plans, identify performance bottlenecks, and put forward optimization suggestions.

11. Conduct performance tests using tools such as JMeter, analyze test data, and compile performance test reports.

12. Participate in the construction of continuous integration processes and integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.

13. Improve team work efficiency through technical means and promote the in-depth application of automated testing.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. At least 5 years of experience in automated testing. Experience in testing large and medium-sized projects is preferred.

3. Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing processes, with rich experience in designing and implementing automated test cases.

4. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, etc.) and a solid programming foundation.

5. Familiarity with common automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, etc.).

6. Basic knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows) and mainstream databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).

7. Good problem analysis and solving abilities, with the capacity to quickly locate and resolve issues.

8. Strong team spirit and communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with colleagues from different departments.
