Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3+ members in wire harness design and development for passenger vehicles.

• Oversee the complete wire harness lifecycle from concept to implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment and meet project requirements.

• Apply expertise in 2D and 3D wire harness design using CHS software.

• Select appropriate connectors and components for harness systems.

• Manage DV/PV (Design Verification/Process Validation) to ensure product quality.

• Provide technical guidance and training to team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in wire harness design, specifically in the automotive industry.

• Strong leadership skills, with at least 3 years of experience managing a team.

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

• Familiarity with CHS software and wire harness 2D/3D design.

• Knowledge of connector selection and integration.

• Familiar with DV/PV processes.

• Experience in full lifecycle management of wire harness projects (from 0 to 1 design and development).

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with wire harnesses for passenger vehicles.

• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for wire harnesses.
