Job Responsibilities

1. Throughout the project cycle and product lifecycle, take charge of the development and management of vehicle steering products (including Electric Power Steering (EPS) and Steer-by-Wire systems), and formulate and maintain system release plans.

2. Prepare system delivery packages and system release orders.

3. Supervise and coordinate the full-process systems engineering activities of the assigned projects, including project status reporting, schedule formulation, resource allocation, change management, and system impact analysis, to ensure the achievement of engineering milestones at all stages.

4. Coordinate work related to engineering risk management, customer requirement alignment, and system requirement consolidation.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the automotive industry. Prior experience in EPS (Electric Power Steering) is preferred.

3. Cross-disciplinary experience in software, electronics, motors, control systems, sensors, and mechanics. Candidates with ECU design experience, complex system function design experience, and project management experience are preferred.

4. Proficiency in requirement management skills, with hands-on experience in using the IBM Rational DOORS tool.

5. Hands-on experience in SysML operation.

6. Ability to collaborate with global virtual teams, with competencies in core skill building, talent development, and excellent communication skills.

7. Fluent in English (both spoken and written). Candidates with overseas work experience are preferred.
