UX Designer




Responsibilities
1. Communicate with clients to understand core needs/pain points; map customer journeys for key scenarios.
2. Apply design thinking to various products (embedded display devices, enterprise web software); identify enhancement opportunities.
3. Manage end-to-end research: define goals, plan studies, collect/analyze data, report findings.
4. Proficient in generative and evaluative qualitative research methods.
Requirements
1. 3+ years of mid/senior product design experience; fluent English.
2. Mastery of UI/UX principles, best practices, and tools (Sketch/Figma).
3. Expertise in UX "structure layer" (IxD, IA, content strategy, research, business goals), not just "surface layer" (UI/visual design).
4. Portfolio demonstrating UX and visual design skills.
5. Proactive leadership; ability to foster team understanding and buy-in.
6. Translate stakeholder goals, research, and complex flows into intuitive UIs.
7. Stay updated on desktop/mobile design best practices, trends, and industry developments.
8. Excellent verbal/written communication; ability to articulate design rationale to clients and teams.
