The ALTEN Changsha Battery Package Team launched its customer service center on November 1, 2024. The team consists of 11 members specializing in vehicle battery CAE-related work, including Collision simulation, mechanical simulations, and thermal simulations.

Before the service center becomes fully operational, the ALTEN team is spending two months preparing the Scope of Work (SOW), organizational structure, skills matrix, timeline plan, service catalog, and management strategies. Additionally, one month is planned for commissioning activities.

*The client is a multinational automotive manufacturer. The project is currently progressing smoothly and is expected to be delivered by mid-2025.
