Key Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the procurement applications of the testing department and operations department, as well as the follow-up work;

2. Undertake the verification, compilation and processing of testing expense data;

3. Allocate the internal and external expenses of projects;

4. Assist test engineers in processing and following up on the customs clearance information of materials;

5. Complete other relevant tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of clerical work experience;

2. Numerically sensitive, with a meticulous and earnest work attitude;

3. Possess basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities;

4. Proficient in operating basic office software such as Word and Excel;

5. Strong learning ability and able to quickly adapt to the working environment;

6. Work experience in the electronics industry is preferred.
