Job Description

Hardware Integration Support Engineer will be responsible for daily engineering operations related to hardware integration. This includes supporting hardware assembly work in the engineering bay, ensuring compliance with EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) and 5S standards, performing equipment maintenance and calibration work, and managing the engineering warehouse.

Improve and ensure EHS and 5S excellence in the MR engineering team"s bays and laboratories.

Oversee the management of the engineering team warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory records, including receiving, issuing, and storage locations.

Manage engineering parts and instruments, track their usage, perform periodic calibration, and ensure they are properly maintained.

Work closely with LHIs (Lead Hardware Integrators) and bay technicians to support hardware integration activities in the engineering bay.

Support operational activities for the assigned team.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor"s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

Knowledge of 5S and EHS principles.

Highly self-driven, able to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.

Extensive hands-on experience in hardware assembly, integration, and testing.

Familiar with equipment maintenance, calibration, and basic mechanical and electrical systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
