We are looking for a seasoned professional who can wear the dual hats of a Senior Full Stack Developer and a Tech Lead. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions within our global digital ecosystem.

We are assembling a world-class full-stack development team to accelerate this mission. You will be instrumental in architecting and delivering digital services across sectors such as Maritime, Energy, Oil & Gas, and Life Sciences.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Act as the technical authority within global product/project teams, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring implementation aligns with best practices.

2.Collaborate with business stakeholders and developers to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

3.Design and build robust, secure, and highly scalable web-based applications and APIs.

4.Lead the technical design of new features and systems to ensure alignment with overall enterprise architecture.

5.Identify technical debt and work alongside Delivery Managers and Scrum Masters to develop mitigation plans.

6.Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

7.Champion the adoption of modern development practices, tools, and technologies.

8.Optimize application performance, scalability, and global accessibility.

9.Stay ahead of emerging technologies and assess their potential for application within our business.

Tech Stack:

• Backend: C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Node.js
• Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS
• Database: SQL (Azure), NoSQL, Graph Databases, Redis
• Cloud & DevOps: Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Git, Blob Storage, OAuth2/OpenID, Containerization
• Tools: Visual Studio, VS Code

Qualifications & Experience:

1.7+ years of full-stack development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or architectural role.

2.Proven track record of designing and implementing complex distributed systems.

3.Highly proficient in C#.NET and modern frontend frameworks (React/Redux, Angular, or Vue).

4.Experience working in an agile environment with global stakeholders where English is the primary language.

5.Strong understanding of cloud-native development, specifically within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

6.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
