Job Responsibilities:

1.On-site Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support for the client (Oumowei). Focus on troubleshooting and diagnosing faults in the vehicle chassis Electronic Stability Control (ESC) and integrated braking systems (Onebox), while performing software updates and maintenance to ensure system stability and enhance overall vehicle performance.

2.Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilize CANoe to systematically capture and record operational data under fault conditions, generating detailed log files. Conduct in-depth multidimensional analysis of log data to identify root causes and fault mechanisms. Based on these findings, formulate and implement targeted optimization plans.

3.R&D Testing Phase: Perform fault reproduction and analysis to ensure issues are accurately identified and effectively resolved. Establish standardized issue feedback processes to significantly boost R&D efficiency and issue resolution quality. Manage systematic issue tracking and cross-department collaboration to drive the iteration of hardware and software, providing strong support for continuous product optimization and innovation.

4.Cross-departmental Collaboration: Act as the primary communication bridge between the client and Oumowei. Proactively establish and maintain efficient information transmission mechanisms to ensure both parties" needs are accurately understood and promptly addressed. Systematically organize and precisely convey project requirements to minimize information discrepancies and communication costs, significantly enhancing collaborative efficiency across multiple teams.

Requirements:

1.Proficiency in using bus tools for data acquisition and diagnostic purposes.

2.Solid foundational understanding of automotive electronic communications.

3.Written English proficiency.

4.Excellent communication skills, clear logical thinking, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
