Job Requirement

1.Must be highly proficient in Java (Spring Boot/Cloud) and distributed systems, with solid working knowledge of Python (FastAPI/Flask).

2.Deep understanding of Agent architecture, including planning, tool calling, and multi-turn dialogue. Must be highly skilled in Prompt engineering and fine-tuning.

3.Familiar with vectorization, vector databases (Milvus/Pinecone/ES), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and re-ranking strategies. Capable of independently building knowledge bases.

4.Solid grasp of MySQL, Redis, and Kafka/RocketMQ, with the ability to handle asynchronous processing and state management. Must maintain clean, disciplined coding standards.

5.Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, Dify, or Spring AI frameworks. Experience with LLM API integration and cost management is highly preferred.
