Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in an engineering discipline;

2. Proven experience as a System Engineer in brake control projects, with hands-on experience in at least 2 client-side projects;

3. Over 3 years of working experience in automotive engineering;

4. Ability to work under pressure, with excellent emotional regulation and critical thinking skills;

5. Sound understanding of the safety requirements for brake control products;

6. Fluent in English (written, reading and spoken);

7. Strong team spirit, collaboration awareness and interpersonal skills;

8. Excellent interpersonal communication and expression abilities;

9. Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities;

10. Strong self-management, self-confidence and adaptability;

11. Exceptional planning and organizational skills;

12. Working knowledge of project management principles and practices;

13. Understanding of risk and issue management methodologies;

14. Familiarity with automotive industry standards (e.g., ASPICE and ISO26262);

15. Proficiency in relevant project and office tools, experience with PTC and DOORS is preferred.
