Responsibilities

1.  Collaborate with project teams (PM, industrialization, R&D, plant) and suppliers to define C/SA (Component/Sub-Assembly) quality control plans/targets per project procedures and SPS requirements.

2.  Participate in design risk analysis (DFMEA, ESCQ, MCSV). Refine electronic component specs with designers. Collaborate with mold engineers on mold risk analysis and QC.

3.  Lead PPEP process with project teams, plant SQEs, and suppliers to develop part manufacturing processes. Ensure clear specification communication and supplier commitment.

4.  Organize risk analysis meetings for early industrial risk identification. Support plant quality in process QC plan development and execution.

5.  Support assembly/test engineers in line/equipment improvements and final pre-production validation. Use quality data to identify improvements; support IPL for PPQP approval.

Qualifications

1.  Strong quality awareness; knowledge of quality management principles/methods (e.g., ISO standards).

2.  Proficient in quality tools for data analysis and trend identification.

3.  Background in electrical/electronic/electro-mechanical manufacturing; product testing/failure analysis. Mold/forming process knowledge preferred.

4.  Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings (PCBs, circuit breakers, etc.).

5.  Degree in Mechanical Design, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
