Job Responsibilities

1. Develop new businesses in the digital and industrial sectors, and be responsible for the sales of ALTEN’s engineering and technical consulting services, covering the full range of business types from engineering consulting to turnkey projects.

2. Maintain customer relationships, build a high-satisfaction customer base, and ensure the steady growth of customer business and the improvement of profits.

3. Be responsible for the negotiation and performance of customer contracts, and ensure that the project delivery quality meets the required standards.

4. Establish and expand the industry cooperation network in the R&D and manufacturing-related industries of China’s transportation sector.

5. Participate in the full recruitment cycle, including creating job descriptions based on customer needs, resume screening, interviews, qualification review meetings, as well as subsequent onboarding and project integration work.

Job Requirements

1. University degree in business or engineering. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Engineering degree is preferred.

2. Relevant decision-making work experience in the automotive or aerospace field.

3. At least 5 years of work experience in selling engineering services.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen.

5. Self-motivated and proactive work attitude; capable of working independently as well as collaborating efficiently in a team.

6. Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
