Job Overview

As a Senior Engineer, you will lead the design and development of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, ensuring high-quality power electronics hardware delivery while balancing cost and performance.  

Key Responsibilities 

1. Design power electronics hardware for UPS systems (e.g., inverters, rectifiers, chargers).  

2. Develop circuit schematics and perform analog/digital simulations (e.g., PSIM, MATLAB).  

3. Select and evaluate components to meet product specifications and reliability standards.  

4. Execute test plans for performance validation and reliability testing.  

5. Collaborate with software engineers for hardware-software integration and troubleshooting.  

6. Lead technical documentation (design specs, test reports) and knowledge sharing.  

7. Mentor junior engineers to enhance team expertise and project execution.  

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.  

2. 5+ years in power electronics design, especially in UPS or power supply products.  

3. Proficient in analog/digital circuit design and simulation tools (PSIM, MATLAB).  

4. Expertise in thermal design, power loss calculation, and PCB layout rules.  

5. Deep knowledge of UPS standards (performance, safety, EMC) and industry regulations.  

6. Strong communication skills and technical documentation capabilities.
