Job Responsibilities

1. Complete the vehicle-level calibration and commissioning of the EPS system in accordance with customer requirements, and issue a full set of calibration reports.

2. Formulate standardized calibration processes, calibration data management rules, and data release procedures.

3. Participate in EPS function development reviews in the early stage of development to proactively avoid issues related to vehicle-level calibration.

4. Be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving EPS-related problems at customer production lines or end-user sites.

5. Assist in vehicle testing during the software development process.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Automation, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.

2. CET-4 or higher, with good reading and writing skills. Candidates with oral communication ability are preferred.

3. At least 2 years of experience in chassis ECU calibration.

4. Proficiency in test and calibration tools such as CANape and CANoe.

5. Familiarity with chassis calibration processes. Candidates with EPS calibration experience are preferred.

6. At least 3 years of driving experience. Holders of an OEM or proving ground driving license are preferred.

7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong engineering problem analysis and solving abilities, and a rigorous research-oriented mindset.

8. Ability to adapt to frequent business trips and work under a certain level of pressure.
