Key Responsibilities
1. Project Support and Governance:
- Adopt the LBIP+, Agile or SAFe methodology to support the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion;
- Develop project documentation (e.g., Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Gantt charts) and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (e.g., on-time delivery and stakeholder alignment);
- Coordinate meetings, workshops and communication plans with stakeholders (e.g., suppliers and technical teams).
2. Process Improvement:
- Design, implement and optimize procurement processes (e.g., supplier approval and compliance audits);
- Conduct maturity assessments using the SHAPE methodology and drive process standardization;
- Assist in delivering process awareness training and update relevant documentation (procedures and handbooks).
3. Supplier Performance Management:
- Monitor supplier KPIs (e.g., quality gates and delivery performance) and conduct risk assessments;
- Support supplier audits (e.g., EN9100 and ASR/ADL compliance) and corrective action plans;
- Collaborate on supplier segmentation and improvement initiatives (e.g., retain/grow/secure strategies).
4. Data Analysis and Crisis Response:
- Analyze supply chain data;
- Develop dashboards and reports for decision-making (e.g., SPEED and PO Cockpit tools);
- Support crisis response task forces in identifying alternative procurement solutions (e.g., raw material substitutions).
5. Change Management and Communication:
- Drive stakeholder engagement through tailored communication plans and training programs;
- Align teams with Airbus standards (e.g., LBIP+, EN9100) and facilitate process adoption.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree;
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a supply chain context;
3. Experience in the aviation industry or familiarity with the aircraft supply chain is preferred;
4. Fluent in both spoken and written English;
5. Excellent presentation and communication skills;
6. Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the following industries: railway/ship/aviation/aerospace manufacturing.
