Key Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the requirements, architecture, design, coding and integration of avionics computing and graphics software, including CI&CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery) using desktop software tools, as well as ARINC653 partitioned test applications;

2. Complete assigned tasks and meet standards, processes and requirements within the allocated budget and schedule;

3. Ensure excellent technical quality, on-time delivery, and timely response to customer and project needs;

4. Maintain communication and collaboration with internal and cross‑team stakeholders to achieve team, project and business objectives;

5. Continuously simplify and improve processes, and identify best practices to meet project requirements without compromising quality;

6. Communicate with leaders on technical, cost, schedule and staffing issues;

7. Report progress to leaders and customers.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Electronics, Computer Science or related field;

2. At least 3 years of programming experience in C/C++ or Python;

3. Experience in real‑time embedded software development and testing;

4. Experience in software architecture development;

5. Proficiency in English (mandatory) and ideally Chinese in reading, writing and communication;

6. Strong interpersonal skills;

7. Ability to consistently deliver high‑quality work in a production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in avionics computing and graphics processing, with system knowledge of partitioned operating environments;

2. Experience in CI&CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) is preferred;

3. Experience in automated test frameworks is preferred;

4. Familiarity with DO‑330 certification standard and experience with SOI‑1 to SOI‑4 is a strong plus;

5. Knowledge of industry standards such as ARINC 653, ARINC 664, ARINC 429, ARINC 615A;

6. Experience in avionics software requirements, interface definition and management;

7. Experience in multi‑core CPU development based on ARM architecture is preferred;

8. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
