Job Responsibilities:

1.Lead functional, compatibility, and regression testing for our company’s mobile products on both Android and iOS platforms.

2.Write comprehensive test cases based on requirement documents, execute manual test plans, and publish detailed test reports.

3.Use debugging and monitoring tools (such as Android ADB, iOS Console, Charles, and Fiddler) to capture logs, analyze network requests, and troubleshoot common issues.

4.Partner with developers to reproduce, track, and verify defects, ensuring issues are fully resolved and closed out.

5.Perform independent initial triage for straightforward issues (e.g., app crashes, UI anomalies, network timeouts).

Requirements:

1.Solid understanding of Android and iOS system architectures, with hands-on experience in manual testing across both ecosystems.

2.Proficient in using ADB to capture Android logs and skilled in accessing iOS logs via Xcode Console and device logs.

3.Ability to utilize packet inspection tools (like Charles/Fiddler) to analyze HTTP/HTTPS requests and responses.

4.Strong foundational ability to identify errors and distinguish between frontend, backend, and environment configuration issues.

5.Familiarity with common mobile bug types, including crashes, ANRs (Application Not Responding), UI lags, and UI adaptation issues.

Nice to Have:

1.Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Appium, UI Automator, XCUITest).

2.Ability to write simple scripts (Python/Shell) for assisting with testing or data processing.

3.Practical experience using AI-assisted programming/testing tools (such as ChatGPT or Copilot) for generating test data, aiding debugging, or optimizing testing strategies.
