Job Responsibilities:

1.Design and implement enterprise-level DevOps strategies and processes, including the construction and optimization of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

2.Serve as a leader in driving DevOps culture and automation, fostering seamless collaboration and communication between development and operations teams.

3.Take charge of infrastructure automation and management across major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, etc.), implementing robust Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.

4.Monitor and maintain production environment performance to ensure high system availability and robust security posture.

5.Write and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational efficiency and mitigate the risk of human error.

6.Lead technology selection and evaluation; introduce cutting-edge technologies to continuously enhance existing DevOps practices.

7.Provide DevOps-related training and technical guidance to the team, elevating the overall technical competency of the department.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2.Over 5 years of professional experience as a DevOps or Full Stack Engineer within large-scale system environments.

3.Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Python, Go, Java, or Ruby.

4.Deep familiarity with the Linux operating system, networking fundamentals, and I/O, backed by extensive hands-on troubleshooting experience.

5.In-depth understanding of containerization technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.

6.Skilled in using CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, GitLab CI, and similar platforms.

7.Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.

8.Proven experience in cloud service deployment and management, with a solid grasp of cloud-native technologies.

9.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, paired with excellent cross-team communication and coordination skills.
