Job Responsibilities:

1.Lead the development and integration of the financial system loan workflow. Collaborate closely with partner banks and upstream/downstream order systems to complete system development and integration for pre-loan processes such as installment payments and financial leasing.

2.Support financial product requirements across Mainland China and the broader Asia-Pacific region, leveraging technology to drive rapid business growth.

3.Implement observability best practices by establishing metric monitoring, log collection, distributed tracing, and comprehensive alerting systems.

4.Continuously monitor system performance and operational status, proactively respond to live issues, and propose optimization and improvement solutions.

5.Create and maintain technical documentation regarding workflows, process specifications, and best practices.

Requirements:

1.3+ years of hands-on experience in C# .NET and the ASP.NET WebAPI framework.

2.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Enterprise integrated with Jenkins).

3.Solid proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).

4.Strong foundation in the Linux operating system.

5.Understanding of core networking concepts including TCP/IP and common application-layer protocols.

6.Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have:

1.Experience in the financial software industry is highly preferred.

2.Experience with high-concurrency request handling and large-scale data processing.

3.Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, OAuth2, JWT, and common encryption techniques.

4.Experience with key management solutions such as Hashicorp Vault.

5.Proficiency in databases and middleware including MySQL, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and OpenSearch.

6.Understanding and hands-on implementation of observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, AlertManager, Grafana, Splunk).

7.Proactive mindset in responding to system failures with efficient root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
