Responsibility:

1. Responsible for the whole life cycle management and promotion, progress follow-up, risk management of relevant strategic projects or project sets, and responsible for the results;

2. Develop or optimize the project management system (quality and efficiency), pull the production research role, and effectively ensure the implementation of process standards;

3. Responsible for production and research process improvement and efficiency improvement, through in-depth analysis of production and research demand R & D delivery measurement data, identify problems, formulate specific measures to improve and verify improvement measures, form a closed loop, and continuously improve the delivery cycle and response cycle;

4. Responsible for research and development efficiency data analysis, propose efficiency improvement methods, and promote the implementation of related matters to improve research and development efficiency

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, proficient in project management methods, professional knowledge and understanding of project management, able to coordinate the resources of all parties to promote the continuous improvement of project management at all stages;

2. Strong communication skills, good communication and cooperation ability;

3. Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, strong ability to work under pressure;

4. Strong execution, strong leadership and driving force, able to solve problems, deep thinking;

5. Deep understanding of agile and R&D effectiveness systems.
