Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute recruitment plans based on project demands, ensuring timely fulfillment of vacancies.
2. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates, maintaining a robust talent pipeline.
3. Coordinate end-to-end interview processes (scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-ups).
4. Lead offer negotiations, salary discussions, and onboarding formalities.
5. Optimize recruitment channels and processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (HR, Psychology, or related fields preferred).
2. Experience:
- 3+ years in recruitment, with exposure to Automotive/IT industries (e.g., ADAS,新能源, software development).
- Familiarity with technical roles (R&D, Engineering, IT) is a plus.
3. Skills:
- Proficiency in recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Liepin, BOSS Zhipin).
- Strong candidate assessment and negotiation skills.
4. Language: Fluent English (written/read) for handling international resumes/communication.
5. Traits: Results-driven, excellent communication, and multitasking abilities.
