Job Description

Establishment and Maintenance of Quality Management System:  

Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s quality management system to ensure compliance with national standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001) and industry requirements (e.g., EN9100, TISAX). Align quality objectives with corporate strategy and business needs.  

Quality Audits and Certifications:

Liaise with certification bodies, lead internal audits, prepare audit documentation, and coordinate internal/external resources to ensure successful certification. Conduct regular internal audits to identify improvement opportunities and propose optimization plans.  

Localization of Group Quality Management Requirements:

Collaborate with the global quality team to interpret group-wide quality requirements, develop localized quality management solutions, and drive the adaptation of the quality system to local operations.  

Quality Training and Awareness Enhancement:

Organize and deliver quality-related training programs to improve employee awareness and competency in quality management, ensuring adherence to system requirements.  

Documentation Management and Optimization:

Systematically compile, organize, and optimize quality-related documents. Establish a robust documentation management system to ensure accessibility and support data-driven decision-making.  

Cross-Departmental Coordination and Communication:  

Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure effective operation of the quality management system. Act as a bridge between the company, external certification bodies, and the global quality team to facilitate alignment and cooperation.  

 

Requirements

Industry Experience:  

At least 3 years of experience in quality management or system engineering. Candidates with auditing experience in consulting services or technology industries are preferred.  

Quality System Knowledge:  

Proficient in automotive or aviation quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001, EN9100, TISAX) and trained in relevant standards. Basic knowledge of quality system auditing is required.  

Language Skills:  

Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese to communicate effectively with certification bodies and global stakeholders.  

Communication and Coordination Skills:

Strong communication and cross-departmental coordination abilities to drive resource integration and collaboration.  

Responsibility and Adaptability:

High sense of responsibility, execution capability, and flexibility to tackle challenges in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.  

International Experience

Candidates with overseas study or work experience are preferred, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural working environments.
