Challenges 

• Rapid Market & Tech Pressures: China’s competitive market demands quick iteration. Traditional distributed chassis architectures couldn’t meet high-level ADAS needs for integration, real-time response, and safety, straining development cycles.

Solutions 

ALTEN China formed a cross-disciplinary team to deliver multi-location, multi-mode, full-process engineering support: 

1. Software Dev & Integration: Application/Base Software for chassis domain controllers; AUTOSAR toolchain integration; gateway and in-vehicle network (CAN FD/Ethernet) development. 
2. Testing & Validation: Software, HIL, system, and vehicle testing; automated test scripting; system calibration and optimization. 
3. Mechanical & Analysis: Key component structural design and manufacturability analysis; FEA for performance and safety validation.
