1. Supplier Quality Management

  • Monitor and manage supplier quality performance.

2. Powertrain & E-Powertrain Validation

  • Support and complete new car homologation testing (BEV).
  • TICE calibration and homologation.
  •  Validate NEV components, including E-machine, battery, and charging systems.

3. CMF & Industrial Design

  • CMF design focusing on principles and processes for colors, materials, and surface treatment.
  • Support the thermoplastic team in material datasheet preparation and localization.
  • Develop interior surface materials including artificial leather, foils, and decorative trims.

4. Material & Geometric Management

  • Monitor material DVP plans and evaluate supplier material performance.
  • Complete vehicle CAD engineering and product line SB/WE development.

5. Safety Research & Driving Training

  • Accident research: Gather and analyze traffic accidents to evaluate safety features and causes of injuries, promoting improved vehicle safety performance.
  • Provide driving training to enhance driver and vehicle performance.
