Job Responsibilities

Be responsible for the new product development and local introduction of frequency converters, formulate product design and testing standards, and roll them out to laboratories, ODM suppliers and factories. Track the project progress end-to-end to ensure the smooth launch of products.

Job Requirements

1. Background in electronics-related industries, with a preferred background in power electronics, familiar with common power electronic components (e.g., IGBT);

2. Experience in the development, application, testing or technical support of power electronic products such as frequency converters, UPS or inverters;

3. Familiarity with PCBA EMS manufacturing processes is preferred;

4. Knowledge of the elevator industry is preferred;

5. Experience in project technical management is preferred;

6. Good English listening, reading and writing skills;

7. Over 5 years of working experience, with one of the following relevant backgrounds being sufficient:

• Product maintenance (cost optimization, quality improvement, product modification);
• New product development experience;
• New project local introduction (NPI) experience;
• Experience as a Project/Product Engineer.
