Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for material procurement to ensure timely arrival of materials on-site; ensure timely delivery from suppliers or sister plants to avoid material accumulation，
2. Fluent in English, 3-7 years of experience,
3. No gender restriction, flexible working hours, eligible for home office upon meeting performance standards; must accommodate cross-time-zone meetings.

Ability to quickly ramp up and adapt, down-to-earth work attitude; AI programming and related technical skills preferred; willingness and ability to lead and drive projects.

Scope of Job Responsibilities

Reports to the Material Procurement Department, serving 1-2 tube production lines at the Beijing plant:

① Ensure timely arrival of materials from suppliers / sister plants;

② Control material inventory and avoid excess;

③ Participate in various project optimization initiatives.

Team and Business Background

The department has a total of 20+ people, overseeing plant-wide materials. There are very few domestic professionals in the tube production line field; prior tube-related experience is not mandatory, as training will be provided after onboarding. Having some understanding of related products is a plus.
