Job Overview

1. Be responsible for the full lifecycle implementation, launch and promotion, function enhancement and change request delivery of SAP S/4HANA projects, with a core focus on the SD/PS modules;

2. Assist the company in the selection, implementation and production support of application software package solutions;

3. Leverage professional consulting capabilities, business expertise and proven experience in mature solutions to effectively integrate standardized technologies into the company’s business system and help the company achieve expected business objectives;

4. Collaborate primarily with the China business teams and project managers to complete solution design, system configuration and development work in accordance with the requirements of the global solution and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Participate in the design of SAP solutions and the definition of business requirements;

2. Be responsible for project blueprint development, system configuration, data migration, authorization management, testing, training, system cutover and post-launch support;

3. Coordinate on-site and offshore functional consultants and ABAP consultants to complete the development of forms, reports, interfaces, data conversions, enhancement objects and other deliverables;

4. Collaborate closely with the China business teams/project managers, China IT timezone teams, global solution design leads, system configuration leads and third-party vendors.

Job Requirements

1. Familiar with the business processes, standards and norms of modules relevant to the job responsibilities (Sales & Distribution, project-based businesses, etc.);

2. Over 5 years of SAP-related work experience, with hands-on participation in the full lifecycle of at least 2 SAP projects (including implementation and support);

3. Essential: Practical hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA SD/PS modules;

4. Profound expertise in integration with the MM (Materials Management) module, proficiency in ABAP development skills is a plus;

5. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in Engineering, Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent professional competence;

6. Proficient in English reading and writing;

7. Excellent communication skills and customer relationship management capabilities;

8. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in cross-cultural, virtual team environments.

10. Possess logical analysis and conceptual thinking skills, with a creative mindset, open vision and strong self-motivation.
