Job Responsibilities:

1.Support supplier screening, RFQ (Request for Quotation), and sourcing nomination processes.

2.Develop comprehensive localization project plans, defining WBS breakdowns, owners, and deadlines.

3.Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely achievement of project milestones:

• Mediate supplier issues concerning quality, delivery, and cost.
• Track project schedules to ensure strict adherence to SOP, PPAP, and production launch milestones.
• Identify and manage project risks (including quality, delivery, cost, and technical aspects) and drive resolution.
• Coordinate across various development stages, including trial production, verification, and mass production.

4.Report on project progress, risks, blocks, and ETC (Estimate to Complete) to the Line Manager or relevant factory stakeholders.

5.Regularly update the factory’s localization database and project progress trackers.

Requirements:

1.Minimum of 3 years of full project lifecycle management experience, with a technical background capable of interpreting engineering drawings and schematics.

2.PMP certification is a strong plus.

3.Engineering or related technical disciplines preferred.

4.Bachelor’s degree or above in an Engineering-related major.

5.Good English communication skills.

6.Digital proficiency and capabilities are a plus.

7.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Engineering or a related field.
