Job Responsibilities:
1.Lead the architecture design and development of backend systems, primarily built on .NET Core/.NET 6+, with certain services utilizing Python for data processing and integration.
2.Deploy, maintain, and optimize applications using Azure cloud services such as Functions, App Service, Redis, EventHub, and Azure SQL.
3.Design and implement AI Agent workflows capable of calling and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs). Implement the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable context-aware intelligent services.
4.Develop reusable Agent Skills that allow the AI agent to execute specific business operations, such as querying databases, calling APIs, sending notifications, or interpreting code.
5.Collaborate closely with frontend, backend, and business teams to integrate Agent capabilities into business systems for use cases like smart assistants, automated workflows, and real-time decision-making.
6.Ensure the reliability, security, and observability of the system, covering logs, metrics, and distributed tracing.
Requirements:
1.5+ years of C#/.NET development experience, proficient in asynchronous programming, Dependency Injection (DI), multi-threading, EF Core/Dapper, and microservices architectures.
2.1+ year of Python experience, familiar with frameworks like FastAPI, Django, and Flask.
3.Solid foundational skills with a deep understanding of DDD, IoC, and AOP. Familiar with common software design patterns.
4.Proven experience in backend system design and performance tuning, with a solid grasp of concurrent processing, network communications, and distributed systems.
5.Proficient in database design, with hands-on experience using SQL Server, MySQL, etc.
6.Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills. Adheres to clean coding practices and software development best practices.
7.Familiarity with core Azure resources, specifically Azure Functions, App Service, Blob Storage, Azure SQL, Key Vault, and Application Insights.
8.Understanding of fundamental AI Agent concepts (Planning, Memory, Tool calling). Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks is required.
