Job Overview

Support the company’s rapid growth by identifying, attracting and hiring talent aligned with business needs. This role will work closely with the respective HR Managers and Recruitment Managers to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, spanning from understanding business requirements, implementing effective recruitment strategies, screening candidates and coordinating interviews, to the final candidate offer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Post job vacancies as required by HR Managers;

2. Source qualified candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, social media and talent communities;

3. Conduct proactive market research and talent mapping to support future recruitment needs;

4. Perform initial candidate assessments to evaluate their skills, experience and cultural fit;

5. Collaborate with Recruitment Managers to define job requirements and interview processes, and ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and local labor laws and regulations;

6. Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field;

2. Over 3 years of talent recruitment experience; experience in the technology sector is preferred;

3. Fluent in spoken English;

4. Familiar with the full recruitment life cycle;

5. Strong sourcing capabilities and proficiency in commonly used recruitment platforms;

6. Excellent talent assessment and communication skills, along with the ability to coordinate stakeholders;

7. Capability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Recruitment experience for engineering-related positions;

2. Work experience in multinational corporations or start-ups;

3. bility to manage recruitment projects across cross-functional teams.
