Key Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the hardware verification and validation of robotic products;

2. Follow standard test procedures to execute hardware verification and validation tests for drives and soft starters, including mechanical tests, safety tests, climatic and environmental tests, EMC tests, and reliability tests;

3. Create test reports for conducted tests, analyze test results, and conduct closed-loop communication with design engineers;

4. Support the design team in resolving hardware test-related issues.

5. Assist in the daily operation of the laboratory.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Power Electronics, Mechatronics, Electronic Engineering, Automatic Control or related disciplines;

2. Over 1 year of relevant experience in the testing field;

3. Prior hardware testing experience in switching power supplies, inverters, drives, servo systems, soft starters or other power electronic products is preferred;

4. Familiar with relevant product standards (e.g., IEC60529, IEC61800, EC61000-3, UL61800-5-1, etc.);

5. Understand analog and digital circuits, and proficiently use related test equipment such as oscilloscopes, power analyzers, multimeters and data loggers;

6. Proactive with strong execution capability, as well as excellent communication skills, team spirit and quality awareness;

7. Good English reading and writing skills.
